Financial protection scheme

If purchased from a KBSA retail member you can benefit from either Consumer Protection Schemes, ConsumerCare Deposit protection or the more comprehensive ConsumerCare Plus Scheme. You must have proof of cover with insurance certificate, which will be sent out to you within approx. 10 days of the retail member registering your contract. KBSA retail members will usually only ask for a 25% deposit once a kitchen, bathroom or bedroom plan has been agreed.

All KBSA retail members offer design and installation service and will take full legal responsibility for all work involved in the contract

KBSA members are continuously vetted by our officers to ensure they continue high standards of the Association. All KBSA retail members have own showrooms and permanently fitted displays so you check the quality and see the kitchen or bedroom you are buying.
